
PM talked about implementation of realignment of supervising state services
On Tuesday, Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman held a meeting on the implementation of a Decree
of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine №442 "On optimization of the system
of central executive bodies".
The meeting discussed pressing issues related to the realignment of a
number of controlling state services provided by the Decree of the Cabinet of
Ministers №442, as well as measures to be taken to complete the elimination or
the creation of new bodies.

The Prime Minister of Ukraine noted that Ukraine has not yet completed the
process of transformation of a number of state bodies, envisaged by the Decree of
the Cabinet of Ministers on optimization of the system of central executive
bodies, which was accepted on September 10, 2014.

pointed out that there are huge problems in various inspections, controlling
bodies.
The meeting discussed the functioning of the State Food Safety and
Consumer Protection Service, elimination of the State Agency for
Investment and National Projects, as well as such local offices of central
executive bodies in the temporarily occupied territories in the Autonomous
Republic of Crimea as well as Donetsk and Luhansk
regions. In
this context, the Prime Minister instructed the Ministry of Economic
Development and Trade and the Ministry of Justice to submit proposals on
possible ways of solving the problem of the use of property of the territorial
bodies.
