The Ukrainian Government will take steps to appeal any unlawful decisions of judges that prevent holding open competitions for the appointment of CEOs of state-owned enterprises. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman at an extraordinary Cabinet’s meeting on Friday, April 29.
