The transparent tender
has saved 30% of the initial cost on repair of Lviv-Ivano-Frankivsk
highway: "There was competition, there were different applications. And those who won this tender have
built the good and much cheaper highway," said Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk on Friday,
