Arseniy Yatsenyuk: Government is preparing an Action Plan for the next 12 months and appeals to MPs to submit proposals
Prime Minister of
Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk declared that the Government was engaged in elaboration an Action Plan for the next 12 months, and urged
the members of Parliament to offer
their vision and proposals pertaining to the
economic program. He said during An Hour of Questions
to the Government at the Parliament on Friday, 5 February.
Arseniy Yatsenyuk highlighted
the importance of a dialogue between the Government
and the Parliament. He appealed to MPs: "It is a grave issue -
economic policy of the country for the coming years. If you have a clear
vision and real solutions - without populism and, we are capable to
achieve a result and that is my duty as
Prime Minister to ensure your propositions on the
economic program included in our joint program, so that you and us
could support them".
"I appeal to all
members of Parliament who really want our country to succeed. Share your
vision, share your proposals," he added.
"It doesn't have
to be a thousand pages’ dissertation. These are
particular points, we will offer you and the society to promote
transparency in the fight against corruption, economic growth, price stability,
attracting investment and new management of state-owned companies and privatization",
summed up the Head of Government.
