PJSC Ukrnafta paid all its dividends, having transferred 1.77 billion hryvnias to the state budget of Ukraine, Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk informed at a government meeting on Wednesday, 30 December.

Arseniy Yatsenyuk recalled that Ukrainian Government had submitted to Parliament a law that envisaged the return of control of the Ukrainian state over Ukrnafta, "The general meeting of shareholders was held, Chairman of the Executive Board of Ukrnafta was appointed.

The Prime Minister reminded that last week he had held a meeting with the Chairman of the Executive Board of Ukrnafta, during which "it was primarily discussed the issue of payment of dividends by Ukrnafta to the state budget of Ukraine": "The total amount of these dividends should make up 1.77 billion hryvnias."
