  • Arseniy Yatsenyuk: The Government bans the supply of works, goods and services to Crimea and back from the ARC

    With its decision the Ukrainian Government will prohibit the supply of works, goods and services under all customs procedures from the temporarily occupied territory to other territory of Ukraine and/or from other territory of Ukraine to the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine. Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk announced at a session of the Cabinet of Ministers, on Wednesday, December 16.

    He noted the exception concerns personal belongings, socially important food products and humanitarian assistance.

    Arseniy Yatsenyuk stressed that the relevant resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, pursuant to the law on free economic area of Crimea, would enter into force within 30 days from the date of its adoption.

    "Today, the Government will approve this decision, that will be published and enters into force within 30 days”, he emphasized.

    Regarding the electrical energy, Arseniy Yatsenyuk noted, that it can be delivered exceptionally based on the decision of the National Security And Defense Council of Ukraine.
