Annual Report of the Cabinet of Ministers underway in Parliament

Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk together with the members of the Cabinet of Ministers are making speeches in the framework of An Hour of Questions to the Government to report at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine about results of their activities for the year.

Arseniy Yatsenyuk reminded that it had been a year since the Ukrainian pro-European coalition had signed a coalition agreement: "Then there were five pro-European parties that assumed responsibility for the fate of the country. Throughout the year we have done a lot. Throughout the year we have achieved a lot. But we still should do even much more."

"With the applause and smiles of all five parties of the coalition we formed the incumbent Government, entrusted it with the responsibility. And the Ukrainian people relied and still place the responsibility up on all elected MPs of Ukraine", he stressed.

The Government has always acknowledged the following policy, he said: "All that is good, is the achievement of MPs of Ukraine. Everything that is bad is the personal responsibility of the Prime Minister. But we've done a lot for our country."

The Prime Minister expressed gratitude to the factions of the coalition and the MPs for the adoption in the Parliament of complex decisions: "All our achievements is our common success. And despite the rather difficult political situation within the walls of the Ukrainian Parliament, on behalf of the Government I want to thank each faction of the coalition, primarily the People’s Front, Petro Poroshenko Block, Self-Reliance, Batkivshchyna and even the faction that left the coalition, the Radical Party, for you support of Government’s initiatives. As well as particular MPs of Ukraine. I realize what tough decisions we had to make".

During the report, according to Arseniy Yatsenyuk, it is also crucial to dwell on "what agenda is needed for 2016".
