Arseniy Yatsenyuk says MoH to be deprived of medicine procurement function

Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk has instructed Health Minister Olexandr Kvitashvili to render a decision on the establishment of an independent national agency for procurement of drugs and medicines at the next meeting of the Government. The Prime Minister emphasized that at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on Wednesday, 28 October.
