Arseniy Yatsenyuk blames Russian special intelligence services for blowing MH17 out of the sky

"I personally have no doubt that this was a planned operation by Russian special intelligence services on the downing of Malaysian Airlines flight MH17," Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk has underlined at a government meeting on Tuesday, 13 October.

He has noted that the technical report on a crime against humanity – the downing of Malaysian Boeing MH17 must give clear answers to questions from where shot, at what angle and from what areas.

"Then during the investigation of this crime will be installed persons and properly brought responsible for a crime against humanity," said the Prime Minister.

He has informed that Ukrainian experts and specialists conducted dozens of studies that will be also published: "In our opinion, this was done solely for the territories controlled by Russian terrorists, and there is no doubt that drunk separatists couldn’t control Buk systems. This means that these systems were operated exclusively by professional Russian military."
