Deputy Minister for European Integration Ihor Dolgov held talks with the Delegation of United States Congress led by Senator Jeanne Shaheen, Sub-Committee for Foreign Affairs, Senate Foreign Relations Committee.

The Deputy Minister spoke about the current situation in the east of Ukraine. The parties discussed the issues of the U.S.-Ukrainian cooperation in the context of resolving the military political situation in Ukraine.

Ihor Dolgov thanked for support and assistance provided by the foreign experts in implementation of important reforms, particularly, for humanitarian and logistic support for the Ukrainian armed forces. He praised medical aid, as well as treatment of the Ukrainian servicemen in medical establishments of the United States.
