"The main objective of the Russian Federation which is to return Ukraine into the sphere of influence of Russia has not changed," stressed Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk in Chernivtsi on Saturday, October 3, while communicating with students of Chernivtsi National University named after Yuriy Fedkovych.

He stressed that no European country has such a number of challenges, we are facing: "Ukraine is at war with the Russian Federation, which is a nuclear state. And, unfortunately, it is far from over".

“The illegal annexation of Crimea, the capture of Donetsk and Luhansk, the Minsk process which is yet a process, it hasn’t yielded a result – all these do not instil great confidence that tomorrow Ukraine will have peace and the Russian troops will retreat", said Arseniy Yatsenyuk.

"I believe that Russia does not want to abide by the Minsk agreements and is doing everything to delay the process and gain time. It is not Donetsk and Luhansk which is the principal objective of the Russian Federation, it is the entire Ukraine and returning Ukraine under the Russian sphere of influence. They are still pursuing this goal’’, stressed the Head of Government.
