On Saturday, October 3, in the framework of a working visit to Chernivtsi, Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk together with the Minister of Justice of Ukraine Pavlo Petrenko presented a launch of the new service of the Ministry of Justice to issue birth certificates directly in hospitals.

The Prime Minister stressed that this project of the Ministry of Justice is yet another step to ensure that the Ukrainian citizens receive high quality services: "One needn’t visit registry offices, wait, waste his/her time. But you just can obtain a certificate immediately after the baby is born".

As the most precious thing we have is the children. I wish your children and your families health, happiness and a desire to change the country together with us".
