Ministry of Regional Development, Association of Ukrainian Cities and Council of Europe join forces for implementation of local government reform and decentralization of power

The Ministry of
Regional Development, jointly with the Council of Europe and the Association of
Ukrainian Cities, keeps on supporting the operation of regional offices of
reforms. This was stated by First Deputy
Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services
of Ukraine Viacheslav Nehoda during the signing of the Memorandum on
cooperation in the process of the integration of local communities and creation
of an enabling environment for local government reform and ensuring broad
support for the decentralization of power in
Ukraine, particularly through the promotion of reform offices.
