Arseniy Yatseniuk: A decision to allow Putin to dispatch troops to any country of the world is a step towards the destruction of global security
“A resolution of the Federation Council of the RF to grant permission to the Russian President to send troops to any world country is a step towards the destruction of global security," stressed Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk at a Government meeting on Wednesday, September 30.
The Prime Minister of Ukraine added, the President of the Russian Federation "dispatched his troops to Ukraine without any relevant decision". "They have been deployed in Crimea, in Donetsk and Luhansk for long", he added.
He opines adopting such a decision following the 70th session of the General Assembly of the United Nations “is a recurrent attempt to destabilize the global situation, to increase tension, to prolong hostilities”. “And Russia should bear personal responsibility for that”, accentuated the Prime Minister of Ukraine.
