Ukraine's MoD and Building Chamber sign Memorandum of Cooperation

Ukraine’s Ministry of Defence and Building Chamber of Ukraine have signed the Memorandum of Cooperation regarding the provision of apartments for the Ukrainian servicemen.

“We’ll take all the measures to ensure the transparent mechanism of purchase of apartments for servicemen. All the procurements should be public and the society should control quality, terms and prices,” Mr. Yuriy Husyev, Deputy Minister of Defence, stressed. “We invite all the participants of the building chamber to take part in purchase of apartments; we invite community to control the process. I hope we’ll fulfill the budget program on apartment purchase and continue this job next year. Our primary task is to provide apartments for all the heroes.”

“The program of procurement of apartments for servicemen means the support of the building market of Ukraine,” Mr. Petro Shyliuk, President of Building Chamber, said.
