Prime Minister of
Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk
has instructed the heads of regional state administrations to create
commissions on preparation for the heating season. He stated this at a meeting with the
heads of regional state administrations during a working visit to Khmelnytsky on Thursday, 6 August.
