Simplified working conditions for Ukrainian freelancers with foreign clients

Working conditions for Ukrainian freelancers with foreign clients have been facilitated. The Government of Ukraine in cooperation with the National Bank and public activists have facilitated the procedure of control of exports of services. This step will allow freelancers to legally obtain earned money without unnecessary red tape, while foreign clients will be able to cooperate with Ukrainian colleagues without impediments.  

Henceforth, in order to implement the exchange control, commercial banks can use regular invoices with one contractor’s signature and printed offer. The mere fact of transferring funds to the entrepreneur will be confirmation of execution of the works from the customer. The invoice must contain information about the parties between which the calculations are carried out, the conditions and requirements under which sets out obligations, as well as links to the acceptance by a party of the offer (public offer).
