Minister of Defence of Ukraine holds talks with Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania

Col. Gen. Stepan Poltorak, Minister of Defence of Ukraine, held talks with Mr. Andrus Krivas, Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania.

The parties discussed the issues of further cooperation of Ukrainian and Lithuanian Defence Ministries, particularly, regarding the exchange of instructors in the framework of professional training of servicemen.

The parties also spoke about rehabilitation of Ukrainian servicemen wounded in the east of Ukraine.

“The stance of the Lithuanian people and the President of the Republic of Lithuania is very important for us,” Col. Gen. Stepan Poltorak stressed.
