Ukrainian Ministry of Defence delegation on a visit in Norway

In the framework of the bilateral cooperation of defence ministries of Norway and Ukraine, the Ukrainian military delegation visited Norway to discuss details and specifics of realization of the Joint Project on Corruption Risks Reduction in Ukraine’s MoD personnel management.

The representatives of the Ukrainian delegation gave presentations regarding modern challenges and reforms in personnel management in MoD and approaches to enhance the public service of Ukraine on the basis of the European models.

In the course of the visit, the Ukrainian delegation toured the Centre for integrity of the defence sector (CIDS, Oslo).

The delegation got information on experience of realization of similar projects in South-Eastern Europe countries which had similar problems with defence ministries personnel management.

The parties discussed in details the Project and its further realization in 2015 and during next three years and preparation of the related Memorandum.
