Prime Minister requires from RSA heads to execute tasks on the construction of fortifications on the state border
Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk demands from heads of
regional state administrations to fulfil the tasks to ensure construction of
fortifications on the state border between Ukraine and Russia. He announced on
Tuesday, April 21, during a teleconference of the State Commission for Emergency
with heads of regional state administrations.
Arseniy Yatsenyuk noted that through May 8-9 "there exist a
possibility of direct military intervention, but it is rather low. "Since Russia will have to wait, also for the final

However, "it is absolutely correct that it is crucial to prevent diversions",
"the threat is rather high," he stressed. According to the Head of Government among principal objectives is the
construction of fortification facilities: "It is the task for the
regional administrations the President and the Government gave almost two
months ago. We demand concrete results". "As to upgrading and repair of equipment and purchase of materiel and
weapons, not a single day’s delay. We must be prepared for all
scenarios", stressed Arseniy Yatsenyuk. |
