Government approved a list of facilities that cannot be privatized
The
Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved
a bill on the list of facilities that are not subject to privatization, stated Ostap Semerak at a briefing following the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, on July 23.
According
to him, pursuant to this
law, items, which are not subject to privatization, are divided into four separate groups:

A list of state-owned
facilities, which are not subject to privatization, formed by geographically and territorial principle;

A list of joint stock companies, state-owned shares of which are not subject to privatization;

A list of state-owned
facilities, in which the state shareholding shall not be less than 61%;
-
A list of state-owned
facilities and business entities
located on the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.
"The
bill shall be submitted to the Parliament in the nearest future," emphasized Ostap Semerak.
