attaches peculiar importance to bilateral trade-economic and investment
cooperation with the promising partner countries. And Israel is one of the
principal trade partners of Ukraine among the Near and Middle East countries,”
the Minister said. The interlocutors
admitted that one of the urgent issues in trade and economic relations appears
further negotiation process in order to conclude bilateral Agreement on free
trade area between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of
Israel. The parties
accentuated search of efficient ways how to strengthen trade and economic
cooperation as being among the top directions of partnership between the two
states. Thus, the work of Inter-governmental Ukraine-Israel Trade and
Economic Commission which had its last eighth
meeting on November 27, 2013 in Jerusalem was viewed as important. The Ambassador
of Israel stressed that his country was ready to assist Ukraine in its
endeavors. In this context peculiar attention is attached to continuous work
aimed at signing financial protocol – a document which will afford to use
funding allocated by Israeli government to implement the projects in Ukraine. “We should
communicate more and make our cooperation more dynamic. It is the engine
capable to activate various areas, for instance healthcare, transport,
energy. Our Government has allotted funds in order to achieve these goals and
we should use it so that Ukraine could benefit from it,” Reuven
Din El summed up. |
