In the framework of the national dialogue, according to the Head of the Government, it is planned to discuss five questions: the constitutional reform, decentralization of power, combating corruption, economic and humanitarian policy.

"We appreciate the role of the OSCE in the preparation and assistance in conducting the national dialogue," Arseniy Yatsenyuk added.

Regarding the international format of the negotiations, the position of the Government of Ukraine has been and remains the same:" We consider that the international negotiation format should consist of four parties: Ukraine, the European Union, the USA and the Russian Federation".

Arseniy Yatsenyuk stressed that the Government will do everything to the presidential elections, which are scheduled on May 25, to be held fairly and transparently, and “Ukraine will have a legitimate President": "We appreciate the assistance of Germany in holding fair and transparent elections".

"I’m convinced that we will pass this difficult test by joint efforts and there will be political and economic stability in Ukraine. What we signed a political part of the Agreement with the European Union means that Ukraine will move forward on the path to European integration," Mr. Yatsenyuk stressed.
