Government decided to allocate UAH 5 billion for military men
The Government decided
to allocate UAH 5 billion for military men. The relevant Regulation was approved
(with updates) by the Cabinet of Ministers on April 17.
The funds will be directed
to pay cash collateral for military men of the Armed Forces, Interior Troops
and the State Border Service, to hold training of obligated recruits and the
citizens of Ukraine who are serving in the military reserve, for provision with
food and material possessions, personal protection items, bath-laundry services,
purchase of medicines, lubricants, spare parts and payment of services for the
transportation of military equipment, personnel carriers and communications. The
funds also are allocated for the purchase, upgrading and repair of weapons and
ammunition, military vehicles and other military equipment.
