"There is the only one person in the world who believes that there are no Russian troops in the East of Ukraine, the name of this man – Putin," the Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk told to reporters Thursday, April 17.

A. Yatsenyuk said that Russia has committed military intervention into Crimea, and President Putin also said initially that there were no Russian troops: "Today he has officially recognized that Russian forces were in Crimea then. Now he again tells a tale that those are not his saboteurs, which he landed there and, which formed a terrorist network in Ukraine. But we have undeniable proof of this. Such evidence has already presented."

According to the Prime Minister today’s address of the President of the Russian Federation “smells with 1930’s.” “Vladimir Vladimirovich feels sorrow for territories that never belonged to him, and will never belong to him,” Arseniy Yatsenyuk said.

He addressed to Vladimir Putin: "Do not tell that we are one nation. You are the Russian people, and we are the Ukrainians. And there is a key difference in understanding the general civilizational choice. We are different. And you want forcibly with your tanks and machine guns to capture us. You can't do it."

"Now Russia is just conducts the game. For further aggravation, for further capture territory and provocation. Because the task that Putin has officially unveiled today - to disrupt the presidential elections on May 25. And to ensure that its objectives have been realized, it is necessary to continue to destabilize the situation of the existence of human lives. Loss of life, which is now in Ukraine, is the responsibility of the Russian authorities. No one will forget the casualties in the Crimea to them, no one will forget the casualties in Ukraine," Arseniy Yatsenyuk stressed.

According to Arseniy Yatsenyuk, if Russia had some vision for stabilization of the situation, then President Putin would condemn terrorism, instruct his subversive groups to immediately leave the territory of Ukraine and addressed to the so-called peaceful protesters with Kalashnikovs to leave the facilities."

"If these people hand over the weapons, leave captured facilities, we will consider the question of the responsibility of individuals and a possible amnesty for these people," the Prime Minister said.

A. Yatsenyuk stressed that the international community supports Ukraine, but victory is possible because only unification of Ukraine, "Unified and single Ukraine, which speaks Ukrainian and Russian, which goes to different churches, living in different territories, but united. This is a recipe for victory over the regime of Vladimir Vladimirovich. This is a recipe for winning a war that unleashed by Russian neighbors."

He recalled that the quadripartite meeting at the level of Foreign Ministers is held in Geneva: "I do not have excessive expectations from the meeting for one reason: I do not believe the Russian side. Everything they say is a lie. All they show - political propaganda and lies. All they spread around the world - is nothing but a propaganda piece like those that were in the 1930s before the events of the Second World War. "

"But the process by any circumstances happens," the Prime Minister said.

And most importantly, he stressed that Ukraine has a single common position with Western partners.

"Russia, which fights terrorism in the country, exports terrorism to Ukraine," Arseniy Yatsenyuk noted.
