Besides him, at that time another 5 persons died.

Moreover, Arsen Avakov told in details the grounds of several resonant crimes, in particular – kidnapping of activists of EuroMaidan Ihor Lutsenko and Yurii Verbytsky, the latter was found dead in the end. According to the MIA chief, this crime involves a group of 10 persons, three of whom have already been detained. The rest of criminals are on the wanted list. Besides, on the account of the so-called Titushkas there are facts of mass manhandling in Kyiv.

Arsen Avakov names “a special cynicism of the situation” the fact that by now it is already known about the connection between the leaders of certain MIA structural subdivisions and members of several criminal structures involved into beating of the citizens.

“These employees have been identified, information concerning them will be made public when the PGO adopts the relevant procedural decision,” Arsen Avakov stressed.
