Ministry of Incomes and Fees abolishes performance criteria of inspections

The Ministry of Incomes and Fees of Ukraine abolishes performance criteria of performed scheduled and unscheduled inspections of businesses. These criteria were introduced past July by an order of the Ministry.

According to last year's document, during the inspections of entities with gross revenues of over UAH 100 million the amount of additional principal payments had to be at least 1 million.

If gross income ranged from UAH 30 million to UAH 100 million, additional charges were at least UAH 500 thousand. If gross revenues are less then UAH 30 million, the amount of additional charges would be UAH 250 thousand.

With the abolishment of the criteria the main focus of the staff will be concentrated on the quality of the organization, preparation and execution of these checks.
