Arsenii Yatseniuk informed that he would not allow forming of "joint stock companies" in tax, custom services

"Political Parties, NGOs and the association have the right to exercise overall control, as it is provided by the law, but I will not allow the formation of “joint stock companies” in tax, custom services or any other authorities," the Prime Minister of Ukraine Arsenii Yatseniuk said at a session Tuesday, March 25.

He warned political parties from interfering in the activities of custom and tax services: "positions of political forces should sound in the Parliament and in elections."

Arsenii Yatseniuk also informed that according to information of special services, former leadership of the Ministry of Income and Rees reimbursed UAH 5 billion of VAT, "which went to an unknown destination" just in February. "The funds must be found."

The Prime Minister emphasized the need for replenishment of circulating assets of enterprises, which are not covered with the VAT: "There is no other way than the issuance of domestic republican bonds."

According to him, the business should get a tool and thus tool - get a chance to replenish working capital.

"Treasury bills and other antics that were made by the previous government are not allowed. Everyone must have equal conditions, government securities, clear grounds to issue in order to fill economy by cash," the Prime Minister said.

Arsenii Yatseniuk also insists on the transfer of the entire account of excisable goods exclusively to electronic form, "If we will continue to follow the path of excise stamps then it will be a road to nowhere."

He noted that a number of EU Member States have launched an electronic record of excisable goods, "If to link this record with record for VAT, then it will be the real picture, which does not give an opportunity to avoid paying taxes."
