Being in Warsaw on a working trip to the Republic of Poland,
Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Regional Development, Housing and Communal
Services of Ukraine Volodymyr Hroisman
met with Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski.
During the meeting,
the Ukrainian side thanked Poland
for an instant response to events in our country and to initiate a series of
measures at the EU Forum, highly appreciated in this context contribution of
the President of the Republic
of Poland.
"We appreciate
the efforts of the Republic
of Poland towards a
peaceful settlement of the Ukrainian-Russian conflict and the territorial
integrity of our country," Vice Prime Minister Volodymyr
Hroisman said.
The sides positively
assessed the current state of Ukrainian-Polish bilateral cooperation, as agreed
list of tasks for the medium and long term, stressing that the Program of the
Ukrainian-Polish cooperation for 2013-2015 will promote bilateral dialogue.
Volodymyr Hroisman and Bronislaw Komorowski also discussed expert assistance in the
implementation of reformation of government and administrative-territorial
reform in Ukraine.
Interlocutors have noted the importance of immediate comprehensive reform,
transparency of government, fighting corruption in Ukraine.
