In connection with the death of Ukrainian soldier Warrant Officer Kakurin S. during the assault on the 13th main
directorate of the photogrammetric center operational support to the Armed
Forces of Ukraine (Simferopol) by attackers, who were wearing military uniforms
of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, in order to protect and preserve
the life of Ukrainian servicemen, according to the decision of the acting
Supreme Commander –in-
Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the acting Minister of Defence of
Ukraine, on the basis of the order of the Chief of General Staff and Chief of
the Ukrainian Armed Forces stationed in Crimea have been allowed to use
weapons.
