Vitalii Yarema: Military service is lofty constitutional duty

The First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Vitalii Yarema said that a limited mobilization, which was declared by the Parliament, will affect primarily those who have already served. This was started by official on Monday during a press conference in the building of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

According to him, it is not a complete mobilization, which primarily relates to resupply those parts of the Armed Forces of Ukraine that are not provided with proper single-discipline military experts. According to him, it will be done thanks to those people who wish to serve of their own free will. "And if we can not to find the specialists among the volunteers, they will be called upon the men who served and have the relevant profession," he added.

Vitali Yarema stressed that military service is a lofty constitutional duty. He said that thare are a large number of people willing to join the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at present and he expressed hope that among them there are many experts that will help to equip the Armed Forces.
