PM departs on a working visit to the USA
Prime Minister of Ukraine A. Yatseniuk departed
to the United States on a two-day working visit held on March 12-13.
On Wednesday, March 12, A. Yatseniuk is due to
meet with U.S. President Barack Obama.
Meetings of the Ukrainian Prime Minister are envisaged in the U.S. Congress,
with the leadership of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank.
On Thursday, March 13, the PM will speak at a meeting of
the U.N. Security Council in New York, where the situation in Ukraine will be
discussed.
The delegation flew to Washington by an air liner,
going to the gate through the common hall.
Total value of tickets for the delegation made up UAH
149,300. A. Yatseniuk
paid for a ticket to Washington at his own expense.
A flight by a charter of the State Aviation Enterprise "Ukraine",
designated for flights of official delegations, would cost more than UAH1.82 mln. Thus, the State budget savings amount about UAH1.7 mln
