A. Yatseniuk: We are able to hold all-national dialogue concerning additional rights and powers of Crimea

"We are able to hold an all-national dialogue concerning additional rights and powers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, but not under the Russian’s muzzles," Prime Minister of Ukraine Arsenii Yatseniuk told to reporters Monday, March 10.

"This decision can be adopted by Ukrainian Parliament together with a population of Ukraine, living in the Crimea. But on the Russian tanks and APCs," he stressed.

Arsenii Yatseniuk said that Russian Federation has been proposed at the international level to establish the so-called Contact Group ten days before, which should begin public talks with Russia: "Because Russia and its soldiery support bandits who seized power in the Crimea."

Answering to the reporter's question about the events in the eastern regions of the country Mr. Yatseniuk stressed that the situation is extremely complicated. He said that the special services and law enforcement agencies "fixated several thousand provocateurs from neighboring country who were trying to raise the so-called protests and seize authorities’ buildings."

"It is continuing for two weeks. These attempts have been failed so far. That is the wave came and then back away," he added.

"Clearly, this is a further part of the plan of the Russian Federation, but we control the Donetsk and we returned control in Luhansk," the Prime Minister said.

Arsenii Yatseniuk also recalled that yesterday at an extraordinary session of the Government a decree on strengthening control over the state border of Ukraine was adopted. "State Border Service, Ministry of Interior, Security Service of Ukraine are translated into a special mode of operation. 3.5 thousand provocateurs were sent back to the places from where they came."
