Andrii Deshchytsia has telephone conversation with his Romanian counterpart

On March 4, 2014 the acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Deshchytsia had a telephone conversation with his Romanian counterpart Titus Corlăţean.

The interlocutors discussed acute issues in the relations between Ukraine and Romania and touched upon the situation in Crimea as well.

Titus Corlăţean confirmed support by Romania of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, advocating immediate settlement of the strain in relations between Ukraine and Russia through a political dialog.

In turn, Andrii Deshchytsia thanked to the Romanian party for the support and aired an invitation for Titus Corlăţean to attend Ukraine within nearest days which was accepted with pleasure.
