Andriy Deshchytsa had phone call with Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs

On February 27, 2014 acting Foreign Minister of Ukraine Andriy Deshchytsa had a phone conversation with Secretary of State of Great Britain for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs William Hague.

A. Deschytsya has informed the head of the British Foreign Office about the formation of the Government of Ukraine; he emphasized the immutability of the foreign policy priorities of the state and the continuing course of European integration and the concentration of primary government's efforts of the Government to stabilize the situation in the Ukrainian economy.

The parties agreed to set up and ensure the sustainable development of good-neighborly relations with Russia, and they discussed some aspects of the normalization of the situation in Crimea.

Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs William Hague confirmed the intention to visit Kyiv in the near future.
