Ministry of Social Policy: February's pensions are financed by 100%

Ukraine has completed the financing of pension payments in February. This was announced by Director of Retirement and Social Security of disable persons of the Ministry of Social Policy Mykola Shambir.

"According to the Pension Fund, yesterday, on February 25, funding of pension payments in February was completed. For these needs UAH 21.3 billion was transferred, so all 13.5 million pensioners in Ukraine received pensions in full," he said.

Mykola Shambir stressed that financing of pension payments occurred uniformly for the whole Ukraine without preferential treatment to certain regions.

"Despite the country's current economic and political turmoil, we were able to keep the situation and ensure the completeness of payments. If somewhere there were some delays, we hope for understanding," he said.
