Olexandr Vilkul instructs to make payments only on wages

Vice Prime Minister Olexandr Vilkul instructed the Ministry of Infrastructure, the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services, the State Administration of Railway Transport of Ukraine, the State Agency of Motor Roads of Ukraine to ban any payments except payments of wages within his scope of the authority on February 24, 2014.
