Ministry of Foreign Affairs hosts meeting with Ambassador of Germany to Ukraine Christoph Weil

During a meeting of the deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine – head of the staff Andriy Olefirov with C. Weil the attention of the German party was paid to the statement by Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier made on February 3 in an interview with the German channel ARD concerning internal political events in Ukraine.

In this context, in particular, there was stressed the need to give an objective evaluation of the development of internal political processes in our country and refraining from any provoking statements.

In the course of the meeting the Ukrainian party expressed hopes that the Federative Republic of Germany would take a constructive unbiased position which is important for the successful settlement of the current situation.
