On January 24, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Leonid Kozhara
held a telephone conversation with the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom
of the Netherlands Frans Timmermans.

During the
talks the interlocutors discussed recent political events in Ukraine, in particular
they emphasized the need to settle the situation peacefully without using
force. Moreover,
the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands was provided with explanations
concerning a series of laws adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on
January 16, 2014. |
