The Organizing Committee is set to ensure Ukraine's chairmanship in the CIS

The Government has adopted a Regulation № 8-p on the chairmanship of Ukraine in the Commonwealth of Independent States in 2014. The relevant document was adopted on January 9, 2014

The composition of an organizing committee was approved; the Prime Minister of Ukraine and the Head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine are co-chairs of it. However, the co-chairs of the Organizing Committee have the right to make changes in its composition.

The Government also approved a Plan to ensure the chairmanship of Ukraine in the CIS in 2014.
