Mykola Azarov: There is no social conflict in Ukraine, there is artificial political confrontation

“There is no social conflict and desperate social protest in Ukraine, as, for instance, in other countries. Ukraine must follow the started reforms to its logical end instead of undermining the transformations by the so-called revolutions,” Mykola Azarov stressed. “In Ukraine there is an inspired artificial political confrontation that is nourished by only provocations on the part of the opposition and support of certain foreign figures, unfortunately”.

At this the Prime Minister added that representatives of the opposition “protect not people but their own political career, built, most regrettably, exceptionally on provocations and creating the strain within the society”.

To the conviction of Mykola Azarov, there have passed enough time so that in Ukraine and behind its boundaries the people could see: the country lives not under those slogans which are used in the tries to brainwash the people on Maidan.

“We must realize at last: every day of the confrontation drifts us apart from the European values, from common human values. The political processes in the country must be turned into a normal way and everyone must fulfill the constitutional obligations,” the Head of Government stressed. “The country must live and work normally”.
