Government to approve signing of General Agreement on joint participation in realization of projects with PRC
On January
9, 2014 the Government approved a draft protocol decision on abolition of a CMU
decision on approving the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “Certain
issues of realization of projects on replacement of natural gas with coal of domestic
extraction”.

The draft
document has been elaborated guided by the need to receive an agreement of China
Development Bank to conclude the General Agreement on joint participation in
realization of projects between Naftogaz of Ukraine
and China Machinery Engineering Corporation. Approval of
this protocol decision shall enable ensuring to keep procedures of
conciliation, that have to be prior to the approval by the Government of
Ukraine of signing the General Agreement on joint participation in
realization of the projects. |
