Prime Minister: Public should take part in local budgeting

The public should take an active part in local budgeting. To this end, there should be a suitable mechanism, Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov considers.

During opening an Olympic training base in aquatics in Brovary the Prime Minister noted that according to this mechanism, people will be able to determine themselves priorities of the development of their region.

"We have to find such mechanisms that allow the public to participate in the budgeting, so we really make budgets for the people," Mykola Azarov emphasized.
