Grain Initiative: Ukraine remains the guarantor of global food security

On October 11, as part of the implementation of the Grain Initiative, 7 vessels with 177.5 thousand tonnes of agricultural products for the countries of Africa, Asia and Europe departed from the ports of Odesa, Pivdenny and Chornomorsk.

Among them is the SEA PEARL J bulk carrier, which will deliver 30,000 tonnes of wheat to Tunisia.

Also, the LUCKY TRADER and the ERDEK vessels left the terminals of Odesa and Pivdenny ports, respectively. Bulk carriers the HAZAR S, the SEA PEARL J, the INCE EVRENYE, the MILINA, the MAGNUM POWER departed from the port of Chornomorsk.

Since the departure of the first ship with Ukrainian food products, 7 million tons of agricultural products have been exported.

A total of 316 ships left Ukrainian ports with food with the destination of Asia, Europe and Africa.
