In three days, 5 vessels exported 158,500 tonnes of Ukrainian food from the ports of Greater Odesa. Among them are bulk carrier TRUE HARMONY with 26,000 tonnes of agricultural products for Egypt and bulk carrier LEO 1 with 49,500 tonnes of wheat for Sri Lanka.
In the Bosporus, 98 vessels are awaiting inspection (21 are already with food products on board, and 77 are heading to be loaded). Most of these vessels stay in the Bosporus since last year due to deliberate delay of inspections by the russians. This leads to a decrease in the volume of Ukrainian food supply to needy countries, as well as causes millions of losses for cargo owners.
