  • Grain Initiative: 12 vessels with 400 thousand tonnes of agricultural products for Africa, Asia and Europe have left the ports of Greater Odesa over the past two days

    Over the past two days, 12 vessels with 400 thousand tonnes of agricultural products for the countries of Africa, Asia and Europe have left the ports of Greater Odesa. Among them are bulk carriers STAVROS and CEBIHAN carrying 55 thousand tonnes of Ukrainian wheat to Oman. Also 55 thousand tonnes are en route to Yemen, where people are on the verge of starvation. Bulk carrier EAST WIND 1 is transporting 25 thousand tonnes of grain to Libya.

    Over two days, the ports of Greater Odesa received 8 vessels for loading. The total cargo capacity is 200 thousand tonnes of agricultural products.

    Currently, 6 vessels are moving along the “grain corridor” in the direction of Ukraine to load 317 thousand tonnes of agricultural products.

    Since September 1, 456 vessels have left the ports of Greater Odesa, exporting 10.7 million tonnes of Ukrainian food to Asia, Europe and Africa.
