During a week, the regional authorities of the State Service of Ukraine for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre (State GeoCadastre) sold the leasehold rights to 24 plots of land. The total area is 355 hectares.

We emphasize that according to the results of land auctions, the average annual rental for the land amounted to 15.38% of NGOs, which filled the local budgets with UAH 1.2 million.

The most positive examples are Kirovohrad region - leasehold rights sold for 9 plots (103.61 ha), Kharkiv - 5 plots (101.72 ha), Mykolaiv - 2 plots (48.06 ha) and Zhytomyr - 2 plots (44.13 ha).

Apart from that, this week the territorial bodies of State GeoCadastre have published announcements for holding land auctions for 233 land plots with a total area of 4.2 thousand hectares.
