Over the past week, Ukrainians received 177 new loans worth UAH 356 million under the eOselia affordable loans programme
Over the past week, Ukrainians received 177 new loans for a total of UAH 356 million under the eOselia affordable loans programme.
Of these, loans at 3% were granted to:
- 60 military personnel and representatives of the security sector;
- 8 medical professionals;
- 5 teachers.
Loans at 7% were granted to:
- 62 Ukrainians without their own housing;
- 39 internally displaced persons;
- 3 veterans.
In total, since the beginning of 2026, 427 Ukrainians have taken advantage of the eOselia programme, receiving preferential mortgages worth UAH 836.4 million.
The largest number of loans under the programme were granted in Kyiv region – 63, the city of Kyiv – 36, and Ivano-Frankivsk region – 15.
By type of property: 107 Ukrainians received loans for first-time home purchases, of which 46 properties are under construction. Another 70 loans were issued for the purchase of homes on the secondary market.
It should be noted that the eOselia programme is also available to residents of frontline territories. The programme provides for state compensation of 70% of the initial mortgage payment, 70% of monthly payments during the first year of the loan, as well as up to UAH 40,000 for related expenses when applying for a mortgage.
Background information
The eOselia program is part of the Made in Ukraine policy, which aims to stimulate demand for Ukrainian goods and create favorable conditions for the development of production.
The program is being implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and PJSC Ukrfinzhytlo. The partner banks of eOselia are Oschadbank, Privatbank, Ukrgasbank, Globus Bank, Sky Bank, Sense Bank, Bank Credit Dnipro, TASCOMBANK, BISBANK, and Radabank.
