    Ukrainian exports of goods in monetary terms have already exceeded the figures for 2023. This was announced by Yuliia Svyrydenko, First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, Minister of Economy of Ukraine.

    “Today, Ukrainian exports of goods in monetary terms have exceeded the results we had for the whole of 2023. As of 17 November, Ukraine exported goods worth USD 36.3 billion. At the end of last year, this figure was USD 36.2 billion,” said Yuliia Svyrydenko.

    These results were made possible by the acceleration of exports of new crop products, the stable operation of the Ukrainian Sea Corridor, and the ongoing recovery of domestic production.

    The most exported products in the period from 1 January to 17 November 2024 were the following:

    • Sunflower, safflower or cottonseed oils – USD 4.4 billion (5.3 million tonnes);
    • Corn – USD 4.2 billion (25.5 million tonnes);
    • Wheat and a mixture of wheat and rye – USD 3.4 billion (19.0 million tonnes);
    • Iron ores and concentrates – USD 2.5 billion (29.7 million tonnes);
    • Rapeseed or colza – USD 1.7 billion (3.5 million tonnes);
    • Insulated wires and cables – USD 1.1 billion (60.5 thousand tonnes);
    • Soybeans, crushed or uncrushed – USD 1.1 billion (2.8 million tonnes).

    As a reminder, in the first 10 months of 2024, Ukrainian exports exceeded the previous year’s figures in terms of physical volume. According to preliminary data, more than 110 million tonnes of goods were exported from 1 January to 31 October 2024. In 2023, the physical volume of exports was over 100 million tonnes.
