Yulia Svyrydenko: We are introducing monthly bonuses for professionals working in repair and restoration teams at energy companies

The Government is introducing monthly bonuses for energy workers who work in repair and restoration teams at electricity companies. This was announced by Yulia Svyrydenko. These are specialists who go directly to the sites of explosions in freezing temperatures to restore the supply of heat, electricity, water and gas.

"Our energy workers operate in extremely difficult conditions under shelling, in severe frosts, day and night. It is thanks to their work that life in the country continues even after the most intense enemy shelling, and light and heat are returning to Ukrainian homes. This work is almost the limit of human capabilities and often involves risk to life throughout the country. It is the Government's duty to support the courageous and skilled people who carry out this titanic work, the Prime Minister emphasised.

The Head of Government instructed the Ministry of Energy, together with the Ministry of Finance, to submit a corresponding decision to the Cabinet of Ministers for consideration.

"It is our duty to constantly thank the people who continue to work and restore destroyed facilities in record time, despite the freezing temperatures and shelling," Yulia Svyrydenko stressed.
